I shape what gets built and why. Then I build it.
Product Manager · AI × Healthcare · Discovery to Production
Deep product craft. Rare execution range.
I'm a Product Manager with a decade of building, from co-founding my first venture in 2014 to leading AI-native healthcare products today. My work is grounded in PM fundamentals: rigorous user research, strategic prioritisation, clear outcome metrics, and the cross-functional alignment that turns good ideas into shipped products. At Genesilico.ai, that meant going from zero clinical insight to a live alpha used by oncologists. That required building a safety evaluation framework, analytics infrastructure, and a roadmap that earned trust across engineering, science, and clinical stakeholders.
What's different about how I work: I don't hand off the hardest parts. With AI tools, I can prototype an idea, instrument it with analytics, and get it in front of users without waiting for a sprint cycle. At 4good.ai I shipped a complete CMS platform and an AI agent POC for Big Room Planning. Personally, I've built and deployed everything from a Cloudflare-powered deep-link engine to a Python desktop utility to an AI-driven travel platform. The PM thinking decides what's worth building. The builder capability means I can prove it fast.
I believe the next wave of great product work belongs to people who can hold the problem and the execution in the same hand. I've been building toward that for a long time.
Product Thinking & How I Ship
The PM fundamentals that ground every decision, paired with the builder practices that accelerate execution.
User Before Solution
I invest real time in understanding pain points, workflows, and mental models before defining a solution. In healthcare, this means sitting with oncologists, not just reading support tickets. The problem definition is the product.
Jobs-To-Be-Done
I look past surface requests to understand the underlying job a user is hiring a product for. In AI, this means identifying where automation genuinely reduces cognitive load versus where human judgment is irreplaceable.
Outcome Over Output
A shipped feature is not a win. I define success metrics before writing a spec, and stay accountable to them after launch, not just to the delivery date.
Prototype, Don't Spec
Once the problem is clear, I move fast. I build working prototypes with AI tools and get them in front of users, compressing weeks of alignment into days of real feedback.
Instrument Everything
I set up my own analytics. Numbers tell you what's happening; user conversations tell you why. I track both, and I don't wait for a data team to tell me what I'm seeing in production.
Human-in-the-loop
AI amplifies what I can ship alone. But in clinical settings, product judgment and domain expertise are non-negotiable. Automation handles the cognitive load, the expert stays in control of every critical call.
Professional Work
Where the builder mindset meets real organizations, shipping AI-native products with clinical stakes and revenue pressure.
Genesilico.ai – Precision Oncology Platform
0→1 Product Build for Oncologists
Led the discovery, scoping, and launch of an AI-powered clinical decision support product for oncologists. Conducted structured user research with clinical users to map workflow friction points, defined the feature prioritization framework, and drove cross-functional alignment across engineering, data science, and clinical stakeholders from day one.
Launch & Instrumentation
Defined and executed the alpha launch plan for CancerAI, covering Go/No-Go readiness criteria through user onboarding. Set up the product analytics infrastructure to track activation, feature adoption, and session quality, enabling data-informed iteration from the first week of live usage.
Cross-Functional Ownership
Worked directly with oncologists, genetic counselors, and research scientists to validate product decisions against real clinical workflows. Managed the science team dependency as a named cross-functional stakeholder, aligning on evaluation criteria, safety thresholds, and roadmap priorities across engineering, data, and clinical functions.
Key Decision
Chose to establish explicit safety gates: hallucination thresholds, PHI compliance, and Sev1 incident resolution, as hard requirements before beta progression. Slower to ship, but the right call for clinical trust and long-term adoption.
Pain Relief App – UX Overhaul
AI-Powered Empathetic Care
Introduced an AI assistant for pain therapy that transformed the user experience from navigating 80 complex screens to 3 intuitive interactions. The AI handled 90% of tasks through conversational chat, creating the experience of talking to a health professional with genuine empathy.
Dual Role: PM & UX Designer
Led full product revamp from both angles: understanding user pain points in traditional apps as PM, and executing complete UX redesign. Played major role in market release and integrated customer feedback into continuous product improvements.
Business Impact
The empathetic AI experience directly drove device sales improvement. User engagement grew by 40%, and we scaled revenue to ₹1L/day consistently, proving that AI-powered simplicity and empathy are the ultimate sophistication in healthcare products.
Personal Projects
Side projects and personal builds, each taken from problem discovery to a working product in production, independently.
OpenRight – Creator Economy Protocol
The Problem: Creator Economy Friction
Content creators lose 70-80% of potential engagement when sharing YouTube links on Instagram or Twitter due to login walls and forced web views. I architected OpenRight to solve this fundamental friction in the creator economy.
Technical Solution & Execution
Built a "Smart Link" engine that detects the user's OS in <10ms and deep-links directly into the native YouTube app, bypassing social media login walls. Leveraged Cloudflare Workers for instant global redirection, achieving 100% native app open rate with <300ms latency worldwide.
Strategic Trade-off
Prioritized universal compatibility over feature richness. Chose to focus on one thing done perfectly (OS detection + deep linking) rather than building a full link management platform, enabling creators to adopt instantly without setup.
Offline GPS Utility
Extreme Environment Design
Built a high-precision GPS utility for tracking speed, altitude, and coordinates without internet connectivity. Designed specifically for extreme environments like high-altitude trekking and aviation where reliability is non-negotiable.
Privacy-First Architecture
Prioritized sensor-direct telemetry and zero data collection, ensuring complete privacy. All processing happens on-device with no cloud dependencies, making it ideal for security-conscious users and remote expeditions.
Product Decision
Chose offline-first over feature-rich connectivity. While competitors focused on social sharing and cloud sync, this utility prioritizes reliability and privacy, which is critical for users where network access isn't guaranteed.
Voiceless Dog Rescue Platform
User Research & Problem Discovery
Interviewed dog shelter staff to understand operational pain points. Built a centralized digital ecosystem for 4good.ai's CSR initiative, balancing emotional storytelling with operational efficiency for non-profit dog rescue operations.
Product Features & Impact
Designed automated adoption pipeline, donation tracking, and custom CMS for rescue staff. The platform streamlines the entire rescue workflow from intake to adoption, reducing administrative overhead while improving adoption rates.
Design Philosophy
Prioritized emotional connection over technical complexity. Each rescued dog's story is showcased with empathy, making adoption easier while maintaining operational efficiency for shelter staff behind the scenes.
Duplicate File Finder – Visual Trust Framework
The Problem: Deletion Anxiety
Creators suffer from "Hard Drive Tax": buying more storage because existing tools lack the visual context to delete high-value assets confidently. I architected a Trust Framework that moves beyond clinical file lists to a visual gallery experience.
Product Strategy & Solution
Implemented a "Smart Swap" mechanism and high-contrast status badges (Original vs Copy). Optimized the human-decision loop to process 1,000+ files in under 60 seconds by prioritizing visual clarity over technical flair.
Key Outcome
Achieved zero accidental deletions through a high-fidelity visual system that restores trust in digital archiving. Users moved from "anxious reviewers" to "power cleaners" within minutes.
TravelersTab
AI-Powered Travel Planning
Built an AI-driven platform where users generate custom itineraries through intelligent prompt engineering. Leveraged Claude AI to create personalized travel plans that adapt to user preferences, budget, and interests.
Community & Content Integration
Integrated video sharing and blog posting in a unified, engaging UI/UX. Created a community-driven platform where travelers can share experiences, tips, and recommendations, enhancing traveler engagement beyond just itinerary generation.
Portable ECG Monitor
Hardware-Software Integration
Designed a Bluetooth-enabled ECG monitor using Arduino, transmitting real-time cardiac data to smartphones for remote health monitoring. Bridged hardware sensors with mobile software for accessible health tracking.
Competition Success
Demonstrated working prototype at NMAMIT Project Expo, competing against 75 teams. Secured 3rd place recognition for innovation in accessible healthcare technology and robust hardware-software design.
BELTEUS
User Problem & Innovation
Identified portability friction in mobile charging users carrying separate power banks. Developed a portable power bank integrated into a wearable belt, eliminating the need for additional accessories while maintaining daily utility.
Funding & Validation
Pitched to NAIN Center and secured ₹300k in early-stage funding for product development. Validated market demand through customer interviews and competitive analysis, demonstrating product-market fit for wearable charging solutions.
The Builder's Stack
Most PMs hand off at the spec. I don't. Here's how I close the loop from insight to production, independently and at speed.
Prototype in Hours, Not Sprints
I use Claude, Cursor, and Firebase to ship working prototypes (like TravelersTab) within days of identifying a problem. Real user feedback replaces speculative roadmaps.
Own the Analytics
I instrument my own products with PostHog and SQL, tracking activation, retention, and feature adoption without waiting on a data team. I see the data. I act on it directly.
Ship the Infrastructure Too
Cloudflare Workers for OpenRight. Firebase for TravelersTab. PostHog for CancerAI. I set up the stack, not just the roadmap. Builders own the whole surface.
AI Agents for Planning at Scale
Built a POC using AI agents to automate Big Room Planning, cutting planning cycle time by 25%. I use agents as multipliers, not just for writing, but for orchestrating work.
LLM-Powered Insight Synthesis
I cluster user feedback, clinical data, and session recordings into opportunity themes using LLMs, compressing weeks of analysis into hours of actionable signal.
Design to Deploy
From Figma wireframes to deployed product, I bridge the gap myself. No handoff gaps, no translation loss. What I design, I ship.
"The best product people in the AI era aren't the ones who write the best requirements. They're the ones who can close the loop from insight to production themselves."
